Pre Seal Tile Sealer

FOR POROUS TILES & PAVERS

Designed for application to Tiles & Pavers prior to laying or before grouting to enable easier grout stain and dirt removal.

Reduces picture framing and grout haze
Dries to an invisible finish that stops water penetration and will help prevent picture framing, efflorescence and mould build up from occurring.
Pre Seal will not interfere with glues or adhesion like full strength sealers.
Pre-Seal will not interfere with the application of grout.
Pre-Seal should be applied a minimum of 24 hours before the pavers or tiles are to be used.
Allow the sealing process to cure for 24 hrs and give the desired water repellent effect.
Pre Seal can be sprayed or rolled onto pavers or absorbent tiles.
Pre Seal can be applied by dipping or wiping.

Coverage – Approx 8sq.m per litre.

After PRE-SEAL use a premium STAIN PROTECTION SEALER.
